One of the two Mother’s Day bouquets we ordered was just delivered, and I’m honestly very disappointed and embarrassed by what arrived. This does not look like a PREMIUM $180 bouquet, and it’s far below what we expected based on what was advertised and purchased. I’m extremely upset with the quality of this arrangement and would appreciate someone making this right as soon as possible. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue.

We placed an order for some flowers online for a funeral and chose to pick them up at their location. The location is in a nice building with ample parking. As you enter the store you encounter a wonderful space that's decorated with lots of flowers with a beautiful fresh aroma of all types of flowers. The shop is incredibly clean and well laid out. We were greeted right away and the staff was amazing. Kristen our floral designer, created our bouquet and it was beautiful and beyond words. Everything was perfect. The color coordination and blends were perfect. Thank you Kristen and Flowers by Coley for the amazing experience and the beautiful flowers.

130$ I would’ve expected much more for my mother’s birthday. They were very kind and easy to work with by product is very subpar.

Not What I Ordered or Paid For I want to share my experience so others know what to expect before ordering from here. I ordered the “Fit for a Queen – Deluxe” arrangement as a thank-you gift after a medical procedure. I chose it specifically because of how elegant and luxurious it looked online. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like the photos. The vase wasn’t pink as shown, the greenery was completely different, and the flowers themselves looked sparse and thrown together. It didn’t feel refined or “deluxe” in any way. This wasn’t a small substitution or a slight variation — it was an entirely different arrangement. What made this even more upsetting is that this gift had emotional meaning behind it. It was embarrassing to give something that looked so far below what I had paid for and expected. I reached out to the company directly with a detailed email and photos, hoping they would make it right. I never received a response. I’m writing this so others don’t end up in the same situation. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect the arrangement to at least resemble what’s advertised — or for the business to stand behind their product. Sadly, that didn’t

I decided to try a new florist for a birthday arrangement for my mother’s birthday. I wanted them to be delivered on a Friday but I received a phone call that a specific flower was not delivered in time. I explained that I wanted unique and tropical and they said it would be delivered first thing Saturday morning. Unfortunately it wasn’t until Saturday evening but I couldn’t be upset because the arrangement was amazing! They nailed it and my mom was so happy. That is exactly what I wanted for the most special person in my world. I can’t wait to see them tomorrow in person. Thank you for making my moms day so special!
